Generalmusikdirektor Stefan Vladar wird ab der Spielzeit 2020/21 kommissarischer Operndirektor des Theater Lübeck. Er löst Katharina Kost-Tolmein ab.

Stefan Vladar wird neuer Generalmusikdirektor in Lübeck!

Mit beginn der Spielzeit 2019/2020 wird Stefan Vladar die Position des Generalmusikdirektors in Lübeck antreten. Sein Vertrag läuft zunächst für 5 Jahre.

Mahlers 2. Symphonie in Neuberg

Am 8. Juli dirigiert Stefan Vladar zur Eröffnung der Neuberger Kulturtage Mahlers monumental 2. Symphonie mit der Slowakische Symphonie, Melba Ramos (Sopran), und Eva Maria Riedl-Buschan (Mezzosopran).

Goldberg Variationen

Anfang Juli gastierte Stefan Vladar beim renommierten Kammermusik Festival in Utrecht und spielte dort zum ersten Mal seit fast 20 Jahren unter anderem die Goldberg Variationen von J.S. Bach.  

Einspringen für das Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra

Wegen einer Krankheit springt Stefan Vladar für Pianist Nikolai Lugansky in Japan ein. Er wird das 1. Klavierkonzert von Brahms am 18., 19., und am 21. März mit dem Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra spielen.

Neue CD mit Bo Skovhus: "Die schöne Müllerin"

Stefan Vladar und Bariton Bo Skovhus haben Franz Schuberts ersten Liederzyklus "Die schöne Müllerin" mit Capriccio aufgenommen und die CD ist jetzt auf Amazon erhältlich.
